Somatic Practice

The work you will find on these pages is the result of over 40 years of research and tested in the clinic and through the development of education programs. It draws upon the developmental work of Somatics theorists such as Thomas Hanna, Don Hanlon Johnson and Elizabeth Benke.

Matthew has developed his understanding of Somatics principles in innumerable clinical sessions, workshops and classes including the integration of Somatics principles as part of the core curriculum of a 2 year Canadian Massage Therapy program.
